He is an Educator and an advocate for Bunyoro’s Renaissance, in the “Bunyoro we want” and a better Uganda. A distinguished veteran , teacher, student of institutional and development economics, and political thinker.

He embodies a life long commitment to education for enterprise not job seeking, governance and cultural preservation. He is also the former district chairman Masindi and a member of the National Executive Committee of the NRM, Worked as the Vice chairman of the Private Sector Development Foundation, centered in Lira.

Though in the Diaspora in the United Kingdom, his heart is and mind are deeply rooted in Bunyoro and Uganda, yet embracing a cosmopolitan outlook to life, he champions practical wisdom and enterprise education, believing in the power of strategic learning to uplift communities. He says the culture of displaying academic credentials has little meaning, it must be replaced by the culture of science of delivery or outcomes that give practical results.

As the founder of Masindi Academy, Pan-African Academy now Greenshoot School, under PEAS Foundation United Kingdom, STEKA junior Academy ( now defunct), STEKA Tuition centre (UK) and FIKA community school in Buliisa, he has tirelessly worked to advance knowledge, entrepreneurship and cultural strategy. His vision extends beyond mere schooling and attaining credentials, but he seeks to the young and old to exploit Bunyoro by leveraging the immense cultural and natural resource opportunities, historical heritage and strategic political economy to foster innovation and economic empowerment.
