She is the permanent secretary , Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, and has spearheaded major reforms and implementation of Alternative Dispute Resolution and small claims procedures including the computerization of the land registry and decentralization of sector services through the Ministry Zonal Offices, among others.
